Are you ready to be part of the action? We're gearing up for a huge event season and looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working casual staff to join our Bondi team.

Positions Available:

  • Floor Hosts: Fast, friendly, and great under pressure? You'll be welcoming guests, offer impeccable service, assist in cleaning up, managing reservations and restocking the shop.
  • Bar Back: The unsung heroes behind the bar You'll be supporting bartenders by keeping stock replenished and the space tidy and efficient.
  • Team Leader: Confident, calm, and experienced in leading a team? You'll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly, managing staff, and ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Bartender: Craft, connect, and impress As a Bartender, you'll mix and serve top-quality cocktails and wine, maintain a pristine and well-organised bar, manage stock levels, and deliver memorable guest experiences with every pour.

What we're looking for:

  • Great attitude and team spirit
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability across weekends and evenings during the event season
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is a must for bar-related roles
  • Previous event or hospitality experience is a bonus – especially for Team Leaders
