Skills Required

  • Proficiency in multitasking
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Essential proficiency in MS Suite

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing outgoing aftercare calls
  • General reception duties
  • Accurate data entry and invoicing
  • Xero or accounting software experience
  • Reporting directly to managing director
