About the Role

As a Resourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment within HenderCare Foundation focusing on the recruitment and onboarding of youth workers. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, while building strong talent out on the field to support our growing workforce needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles across our organisation.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Screen, interview, and shortlist applicants.

  • Facilitate regular assessment centres.

  • Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems.

  • Collaborate with HR and compliance teams and other internal stakeholders to support onboarding, training bookings and documentation.

  • Attend career expos and events and be the face of HenderCare to build brand awareness.

About You

You're a confident and motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful connections with candidates and colleagues. Whether your experience comes from agency recruitment, internal talent aquisition, or the employment services sector, you will bring a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and a passion for matching the right people to the right roles.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in recruitment (agency, internal, or employment/job services)

  • Confidence picking up the phone and engaging with candidates directly

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable manner

  • Ability to stay organised, responsive, and manage competing priorities effectively

  • Experience working with systems and managing data
