Job Summary:

We are seeking an Education Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support and enable Australia's technology education across all sectors through education operations management that empowers learners, professionals, employers, schools, and government to build digital capabilities and career pathways to ensure Australia's on-going competitiveness.

You will execute education operations tasks and administration across ACS learning programs that enable students, graduates, technology learners, and organisations to navigate pathways, build capabilities, and achieve professional development and employment outcomes. In addition, you will support operational excellence across education operations management and outreach initiatives to provide exceptional member and customer value, compliant and sustainable service delivery, and tactical execution that strengthens Australia's digital skills capabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our education programs, ensuring smooth delivery and high quality outcomes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting educational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of education programs

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure program goals are met

  • Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

  • Provide support to educators and students as needed

  • Manage program budgets and expenses

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Education or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in education program management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience with learning management systems is a plus

  • Passion for learning and technology

  • Australian work rights

This role is a Fixed Term Hire position initially for 12 months.
