About the role

Vivid Property Services is seeking a Bid Writer to join our team in Belrose, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for crafting compelling and winning proposals that secure new business opportunities for our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Research and understand client requirements to tailor bids and proposals that address their specific needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and develop persuasive content
  • Write clear, concise and compelling bid documents that effectively communicate Vivid's value proposition
  • Proofread and edit bid submissions to ensure they are error-free and of the highest quality
  • Maintain a library of reusable bid content and templates to improve efficiency
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to continuously improve the bid process

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Bid Writer or Proposal Manager
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives
  • Strong research and analytical skills to quickly understand client requirements
  • Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with bid management software and tools
