Our Interactive team strikes a balance between big-picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for an exceptional Interactive Producer with the perfect blend of technical expertise and project management skills to join our Marcom Team in Australia, where you will play an integral part in leading Apple's overall digital presence across communication platforms.

Description

This role will be working directly with creative and technology teams and a wide array of business stakeholders, delivering high-volume and ever expanding digital platforms successfully in a rapidly-changing, fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

","responsibilities":"Manage stakeholders and lead projects end to end including but not limited to Australia and WW reviews and partnership with cross-functional teams.

Partner closely with Data Science team to plan and perform pilots/tests for optimization of customer experience on Apple owned digital platforms.

Lead, manage and maintain a group of Interactive project managers and external agency teams to deliver the flawless localization/origination/optimization projects across our global marketing websites and email communications.

Handle agency team's budget, deliverable quality, resource allocation and training of project managers.

Prioritize projects and changes effectively in real time and align with stakeholders in Australia and WW teams.

Build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with creative, development, and cross-functional teams within Australia and WW.

Handle risk and resources in real time, and refine the end to end delivery processes and workflows based on feedback, and drive innovation and improvement.

Drive successful execution of new platform rollout to enable production scalability and efficiencies, and determine local organizational and workflow needs; identifying structural, talent and external agency impacts.

Upgrade the existing production team within external agency teams, including helping on recruiting and training to meet our expectations of the project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communicator with great interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills

Demonstrated track record of leadership at a project delivery level: excellent project and time management skills to deliver complex programs with ambiguity in fast paced and changing environments under tight deadlines.

Exceptional relationship-building skills with an ability to collaborate closely with other teams to solve problems and implement programs that achieve core business objectives.

Strategic thinker, comfortable navigating and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

Committed to excellence and an outstanding attention to detail.

Solid understanding of end-to-end web technologies.

Hands on experience with large-scale and high-volume corporate digital platforms using enterprise level content management systems.

Posses deep understanding of visual design, web development processes and use experience principles

Knowledge and understanding of data analytics and AI are preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience in a leading digital creative agency, in-house marketing communications, or digital marketing department is preferred.

Experience in leading a wide range of digital projects, including CRM, social campaigns and large scale website builds.

Flexibility to working during non-business hours as needed, to support projects such as global product launches, campaigns, and other business critical requests.
