We're seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Harry's restaurant and bar and deliver memorable dining experiences for every guest.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and events, ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered.

You will support and mentor the team, manage floor operations, and work closely with the F&B Manager to achieve service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across outlets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Assist in rostering, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support the F&B Manager with service delivery for functions and special events.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role within F&B, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
