Based in the Inner West suburb of Marrickville, Landlay offers a vast array of building diagnostics consultancy services in the Greater Sydney and Southern NSW area, primarily to Strata and Facility/Asset Firms of residential and commercial buildings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Engineer with a minimum of one years experience to join a friendly, collaborative group of Engineers working within the strata/building management sector for the identification and assessment of building defects and remediation primarily to Class 2 structures.

You will benefit from a varied position with one-on-one mentoring and training as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Degree (or similar) in Civil Engineering / Building or Construction

  • a minimum of 1 years experience
  • Advanced report writing skills
  • Working knowledge of relevant building codes and Australian Standards for Class 2 buildings
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Reliable and ready to think "outside the box"
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience within the strata industry would be advantageous
  • Australian citizen or resident is highly regarded
  • Current drivers' licence with their own reliable vehicle

Pay rate is commensurate with experience level.
