**About the Role**
We are currently seeking **female support workers** in **Mount Pleasant, WA**, with experience in **managing seizures** and **supporting individuals with bipolar disorder**.

This role provides the opportunity for growth, depending on client compatibility and evolving needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor and respond appropriately to seizures
- Support clients with mental health needs, including bipolar disorder
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment

**Shift Details**:
Days: Monday to Sunday
- 2 hours in the morning
- 2 hours midday
- 2 hours in the afternoon

**About You**
- Female (as required for client-specific support needs)
- Must be flexible
- Empathetic, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Full Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Disability Support or a related field
