We are looking for an experience HR Consultant to join the team. As an expert in your field, you will support small to medium businesses navigate their ER/HR challenges and act as a trusted advisor to many during their time of need.

What will you be doing?

  • Conduct virtual and face-to-face employee meetings covering a range of ER matters such as disciplinaries, performance reviews, grievances, misconduct, terminations and redundancies.
  • Conduct seminars and other educational marketing content in a professional manner.
  • This role is a HYBRID position, in which you will be out in the field and in office.
  • Ad-hoc travel across the state as required, servicing our diverse client base.

A little about you:

  • Prior demonstrated experience running employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management.
  • A strong understanding and working knowledge of National Employment Standards and the ability to interpret the Australian Modern Award systems.
  • A degree in HR or equivalent (Industrial Relations, Law etc.)
  • As this opportunity involves travel, you will hold a current Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
