Black Dingo Cafe has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with our creative menu Ensuring efficient kitchen operations during peak service times

Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen Collaborating with the head chef and kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Assisting with menu development and kitchen inventory management Applicants for this position should:

Have relevant tertiary qualifications in Commercial Cookery

At least 2 years of relevant experience as a chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations

A passion for delivering high-quality dishes and a strong attention to detail

Be a team player with excellent communication skills

Remuneration:

$73,150 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualiUcations
