About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our high-performing team supporting a major client in the mining and resources sector. You'll be at the heart of contingent workforce operations—managing and reconciling large volumes of data across SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, and internal financial systems.

Your work will ensure seamless timesheet processing, accurate purchase order matching, and timely vendor payments—all while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.

Are You Someone Who Can...

  • Analyse and reconcile high-volume data across multiple systems?
  • Match labour hire purchase orders with work orders for accurate processing?
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and rejected transactions?
  • Generate and present reports on payment status and process exceptions?
  • Liaise confidently with internal teams, client site managers, and vendors?
  • Support system administration and drive process improvements?
  • Provide administrative support including ticketing, onboarding, and compliance?

Do You Bring...

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities?
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass, Ariba, or similar systems?
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills?
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure?
  • 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within MSP, RPO, or contingent workforce environments?
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, HR, finance, or a related field? (Desirable)
