About the role
Join the dedicated team at Midland Superclinic as a Nurse Practitioner. This full-time position will see you work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in Midland, WA 6056. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and devise individualised treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Provide health promotion, disease prevention and patient education services
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and patient-centred care
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse with additional qualifications as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Nurse Practitioner role
- Demonstrated expertise in assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with the multidisciplinary team and patients
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
