About the role

Join the dedicated team at Midland Superclinic as a Nurse Practitioner. This full-time position will see you work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in Midland, WA 6056. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and devise individualised treatment plans
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
  • Provide health promotion, disease prevention and patient education services
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and patient-centred care
  • Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices

What we're looking for

  • Registered Nurse with additional qualifications as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Nurse Practitioner role
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions
  • Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with the multidisciplinary team and patients
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
