Our client, a well-established Supply Chain Company located in the West (VIC), is seeking to hire a Contractor with the skills and attributes of an Awards Analyst for their Payroll Department.

Practical Experience -

  • Expert knowledge of modern awards
  • Understanding regulations like the Fair Work Act
  • Be capable of accurately interpreting complex award conditions like base pay, penalties, and allowances to ensure correct payroll processing and avoid under/over payments.
  • Key skills  including strong data analytics, payroll compliance
  • The ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Experience and apply the correct entitlements to employee pay records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration
  • Attention to detail for accuracy, and a high degree of professionalism and ethical conduct
  • Adaptable to new technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and data reporting)
  • IT knowledge (preferred) to assist with report preparation and data extraction
