About the Role

Lucas TCS is seeking experienced Roller Operators for the exciting King Rocks Wind Farm project, just outside Hyden, WA.

This is your chance to work on a major clean energy infrastructure project while staying local and going home every night. We're building something that matters — and we want skilled locals to be part of it.


What's on Offer
  • Local work – no FIFO Be home every night.
  • Long-term project (12+ months) starting August 2025.
  • Day Shift roster only – Monday to Friday.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Safe and efficient roller operation across site access roads, hardstands, and other infrastructure.
  • Daily pre-starts and basic machine maintenance.
  • Working as part of a close-knit crew in a high-performance environment.
  • Following site safety protocols and supervisor instructions.

What You'll Need
  • Experience operating rollers in civil construction or earthworks.
  • Valid Driver's Licence (C minimum).
  • Construction White Card (classroom-based).
  • Strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.
  • Police clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.

Ideal for Candidates Based In:
  • Hyden, Kondinin, Lake Grace, Kulin, Karlgarin, Narembeen, and surrounding Wheatbelt areas.
  • Or Perth-based candidates looking for regional work without FIFO.
