We are looking for experienced and confident ELC practitioner and leader with business accuum to join our Senior Leadership team to mentor our growing team and shape the future of early childhood education. This role is based at our Head Office with over sight across our five centres including our brand new state of art Mt Eliza centre.

Experience with government funding applications and compliance
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency with early childhood management systems
Highly organised professional with initiative and drive
Exceptional Communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
Demonstrated leadership experience
Centre Manager experience ideal.
Advanced understanding of the NQF and EYLF
Proven experience as a Nominated Supervisor in early childhood education
As our Business Manager and Nominated Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day business operations of our services, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework whilst fostering an environment of continuous improvement and educational excellence that reflects the Little Grasshoppers philosophy. Key responsibilities include:
Provide strategic leadership across five early childhood education services
Provide leadership support to Centre Directors
Act as primary liaison with regulatory authorities & manage regulatory inspections
Maintain compliance documentation and ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law, National Regulations, and National Quality Framework
Oversee staffing and rostering across the centres with fortnightly scheduling
Manage the complete enrolments process from enquiry to commencement
Handle billing enquiries and parent payment processes
Resolve family concerns with professionalism and care
Administer government funding applications
Manage with HR Manager comprehensive recruitment processes
Process payroll administration
Oversee multiple platforms including KIMS, Employment Hero, HubHello
Ensure data integrity and system compliance across all platforms
