Working with the Facilities team, this role maintains high quality workplace and meeting spaces while delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and creates memorable experiences.This role is a full- time contract ending 8th Jan 2027. Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy:Provide superior customer service at reception. Maintain a welcoming environment with tidy desk, seating areas and client-facing kitchensManage phone operations efficiently. Direct queries to appropriate representatives and maintain updated contact directoriesMeet and greet clients promptly. Notify staff of visitor arrivals via Teams or phoneEnsure all meeting spaces remain in pristine condition. Set up rooms properly for various functions with appropriate supplies and functioning AV equipment.Coordinate visitor management. Handle access card issuance, security protocols and mail/courier processingBuild effective relationships across all organisational levelsFulfil ad-hoc requests efficiently.
