What this opportunity involves:
JLL is seeking an energetic and customer focused Guest Services Ambassador to enhance workplace experiences for our global, technologies client based in North Sydney CBD.
This role creates an energetic, warm, and engaging first impression at the office, setting the tone for the entire experience. Working with the Facilities team, this role maintains high quality workplace and meeting spaces while delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and creates memorable experiences.
Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy:
Provide superior customer service at reception. Maintain a welcoming environment with tidy desk, seating areas and client-facing kitchens
Manage phone operations efficiently. Direct queries to appropriate representatives and maintain updated contact directories
Meet and greet clients promptly. Notify staff of visitor arrivals via Teams or phone
Ensure all meeting spaces remain in pristine condition. Set up rooms properly for various functions with appropriate supplies and functioning AV equipment.
Coordinate visitor management. Handle access card issuance, security protocols and mail/courier processing
Build effective relationships across all organisational levels
Fulfil ad-hoc requests efficiently. Report maintenance issues promptly and assist with administrative tasks when needed
