*The Opportunity:*

  • Lead operations across Construction, Scheduling, Estimating, Administration, as well as Drafting and Design Departments
  • Monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure targets for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery are consistently met or exceeded
  • Implement and optimise construction principles to improve processes
  • Develop, review, and implement operational strategies, policies, procedures, and systems for continuous improvement
  • Assist with budgets by ensuring financial outcomes are tracked and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Helping deliver proactive solutions for client issues
  • Assist the Managing Director as required

About You:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong, people-first and visionary approach, as well as a commitment to advancing their career with a company they're proud to represent.

  • 3+ years of experience working as an Operations Manager for a Residential Builder
  • Experience in Custom and Project home builds
  • Experienced Administration Managers working for a residential builder considered
  • Candidates with strong, long-term residential leadership experience seeking career advancement considered
  • Forward thinker with a passion for growth and development
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate
  • Passionate about people, culture and creating a great place to work
