As demand for trusted, automated compliance grows, we're expanding our team with an experienced RegTech Business Development Manager to help financial and digital asset businesses simplify KYC, AML, and transaction monitoring through our API-driven platform.

The Role

You'll lead sales growth across our RegTech portfolio, working directly with financial organisations, payment providers, and digital asset platforms. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping tailored solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to commercial close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for RegTech products including ID verification, AML/CTF screening and transaction monitoring.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across financial institutions, fintechs, banks, and Web3 businesses and crypto exchanges.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving technical integration, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Legal to tailor RegTech solutions for client needs.
  • Maintain and rapidly grow a pipeline using your existing industry network and book of contacts.
  • Represent Build and Bolt Group at key industry events and forums.

About You

You're commercially driven, technically fluent, and deeply familiar with the financial ecosystem.

You can translate compliance requirements into business value, and you thrive in a high-growth, collaborative environment.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in RegTech, compliance technology, or SaaS sales within financial services.
  • Proven success selling to banks, fintechs, or digital asset businesses.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML/CTF, risk management, and onboarding frameworks.
  • Deep network across one or more target segments (banking, fintech, crypto or financial institutions).
  • Confident presenting to C-suite, risk, and compliance leaders.

Desirable

  • Experience with API-led compliance solutions or BaaS/embedded finance platforms.
  • Familiarity with AUSTRAC, ASIC, and APRA-regulated environments.
  • Passion for how technology enables safer, faster, and more inclusive financial ecosystems.
