The Role: BDM & Onboarding Specialist – Your Adventure Starts Here

As our BDM & Onboarding specialist, you'll be on the front line of growth. You'll be working closely with the founder of Khove to connect with property owners, referral partners, big brands to share the Khove vision, and sign new homes into our management portfolio. If you love building relationships and thrive on achieving ambitious targets, this is the role for you.

If you have thought of a career in a Business Development Role, Khove offers unique prospecting capabilities and fosters creative ways to get in front of prospects. Whilst cold calling and emailing is essential it's not the only way to get new business.

As our onboarding specialist you'll ensure every new Khove property shines from day one. You'll be the bridge between owners, our team, and our guests, making sure onboarding is smooth and every stay lives up to our promise of luxury. Expect variety, responsibility, and a chance to leave your stamp on every home we bring into the portfolio.

Your role will include:

  • Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential property partners, development companies and property owners.
  • Lead generation: Cold calling, emailing, appraisals, creating opportunities and nurturing leads into hot leads.
  • Networking: Acting as the "face of Khove" in networking environments, bringing our brand to life through meaningful conversations.
  • Listing Presentations: Showcasing the benefits of Khove's unique model alongside the founder.
  • Relationship Building: Nurturing leads and converting them into long-term partners.
  • Growth Strategy: Contributing ideas and strategies to accelerate expansion.
  • Collaboration: Working with the onboarding team to ensure seamless and calm client experience.
  • Fit Outs: Assisting with property fit outs and styling holiday homes.
  • Client Onboarding: Working directly with new property owners to guide them through our setup process.
  • System Setup: Coordinating photography, listings, and checklists so every property is guest-ready.
