Inner You Development Pty Ltd is a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and client-centred mental health and allied health practice providing high-quality therapeutic interventions across the lifespan.

With our expansion into a
brand-new, custom-designed clinic in Upper Mount Gravatt
, we are growing a multidisciplinary team dedicated to compassion, excellence, and meaningful client outcomes.

Our new space includes four consulting rooms, a classroom/workshop space, a conference/supervision room, and a warm, modern reception area — all purpose-built to support high-quality clinical work.

Position Summary

We are seeking skilled, passionate, and values-driven
Allied Health Contractors
to join our expanding practice.

You will deliver therapeutic, assessment, or functional support aligned with your discipline and will work within a flexible, empowering, and supportive environment.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in their allied health discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Service Delivery

• Provide high-quality therapeutic or assessment services
• Complete treatment plans, goal planning, and accurate case notes
• Deliver trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, culturally safe care
• Provide individual, family, or group services where appropriate
• Uphold ethical and evidence-based practice standards

Client Engagement

• Manage your caseload with autonomy and professionalism
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 10-20 clients per week
• Build strong therapeutic relationships
• Support clients with advocacy and safety planning
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

Position Summary

We welcome expressions of interest from
experienced, values-aligned Allied Health Contractors
who share our passion for providing meaningful, trauma-informed care.

Minimum 3–5 years clinical experience is required.

We strongly encourage Psychologists, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Clinicians, and Dietitians to apply.

You will enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and strong referral pathways, supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain individual supervision per discipline requirements

  funded quarterly group supervision
• Engage in optional team meetings and case discussions
• Maintain registration, insurance & CPD
• Engage in reflective practice

Optional Discipline-Specific Work

• Psychological assessments & diagnostics (Psychologists)
• NDIS functional/capacity assessments (OTs)
• Nutrition & behaviour change interventions (Dietitians)
• Group work, workshops & psychoeducation
• Specialist modalities (EMDR, Schema, ACT, CBT, DBT, etc.)

Required Qualifications & Registrations

Depending on discipline:

• AMHSW / AASW membership
  (AMHSW preferred)
• Psychologist – AHPRA registration
  (Clinical endorsement preferred)
• Occupational Therapist – AHPRA registration
• Relevant insurances, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening (if applicable)
