We are a Small Solar and Battery company looking for a motivated, efficient and positive employee to join our team. We have a great culture at our workplace and there is a lot of potential for growth not only personally but also in your hourly rate. There is the option of a possible electrical apprenticeship.

We are after someone who has some experience in sales or if you have prior solar sales experience that is ideal.

Job will be:

- Scheduling appointments and meeting with potential and existing clients
- Demonstrating how products work at client meetings and trade shows
- Answering questions about products and services
- Setting, quoting and negotiating prices for products and services and purchase terms
- Taking client orders
- Creating and presenting purchasing contracts
- Networking and cold-calling to identify potential new clients
- Representing the business at trade shows, including coordinating product displays and handing out samples
- Training sales consultants to effectively on-sell products and services on behalf of the business
- Writing sales reports
- Maintaining a customer relationship management database

We are a small business that really takes pride in our staff & offer a value proposition to our clients. We believe in selling a good quality product and providing a high end service through out the whole experience.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Signing bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
