The Inspec Way

Established in 1993 Inspec is a leading provider, offering a broad range of services. Our equipment support ranges from maintenance, repairs, fabrication, blast and paint, rebuilds, labour hire and product sales. We're driven by relationships and our clients include all the major names in mining such as BHP, Glencore, Thiess, Peabody and Stanmore.

In 2024 we were a sponsor for Flagon & Dragon Mackay which are devoted to raising much needed funds for sick children and their families within the Mackay region and supported many local groups and charities; including a local state school where we donated a laptop and iPad to better support students. In 2025 we donated the Inspec Club House (~$35,000) to the Trudy Crowley Foundation to auction off to support the foundation.

The Position

We're on the lookout for experienced Diesel Fitters to join our crew at Hail Creek and Clermont Mines. This is your opportunity to secure long-term, stable work on a multi-year contract, with the flexibility to choose full-time or casual employment to fit your lifestyle.

You'll be working a lifestyle-friendly 7/7 roster, rotating between day and night shifts. With camp accommodation and all meals provided, we make it easy for you to focus on your work.
