Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nominated Supervisor located in Arncliffe, NSW. The Nominated Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing educational programs, maintaining staff rosters, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, supporting and mentoring staff, and engaging with families. The Nominated Supervisor will also liaise with external agencies and manage resources effectively to support the centre's goals.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in early childhood education and care
  • Ability to develop and implement educational programs
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Adept in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
  • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education (Diploma or Degree)
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification
  • Experience in liaising with families and external agencies
