Harness Energy Services is looking for experienced Front End Loader Operators for multiple opportunities with our esteemed clients. 

Working with Harness means varied work gaining exposure to multiple rigs and campaigns across the country. 

For the right individual Harness will ensure that you are put through your qualifications. Well control training and other specialist courses that we provide here at Harness. 

This position is for Loader Operator to work out in the Oil and Gas fields on a 2 & 2 Roster. Full Time Opportunity

We are looking for personnel that are experienced with the below activities:   

  • Production ROM Loaders operations
  • Loadrite scales
  • Completing pre-start inspections on equipment, including recording and reporting of issues
  • Reporting all hazards or safety incidents
  • Ensuring all work areas and equipment are maintained in a safe manner
  • Experience operating Loader and Front end loaders
  • Experience in an Oil and Gas industry environment
  • Leasehand Duties
  • Bulk Earth Work
  • Heavy Haulage

You will be responsible for:  

  • Safe operation of a Loader
  • Loading hoppers
  • Monitoring & reporting plant performance
  • Identifying & reporting faults
  • Assisting maintenance with any issues
  • Operating & caring for equipment

Desirable Training that you have completed: 

  • Loader Ticket (Mandatory)

    RIIMPO304 – Conduct wheel loader operations OR

    RIIMPO321 – Civil Construction wheel loader operations.
  • Must hold current Drivers Licence

  • Safety Courses

  • ISI

  • Working Safely at Heights
  • Confined Space Entry
  • Gas Test Atmospheres
  • Breathing Apparatus
  • First Aid / CPR
  • Fire Training
  • Operate Vehicles in the Field
