Workfast currently seeking Multi-Skilled Operators  who have experience in Operating Excavators, Front End Loaders,  Moxys, and Water carts to join one of Queensland's premier waste recycling and recovery company based in Pinkenba, QLD 

What's on offer:

  • Pay rate: $43.00 per hour + penalties & shift allowances
  • Location: Pinkenba, QLD
  • Monday to Friday - enjoy your weekends off
  • Day Shift 6:30am to 3:00pm - Afternoon Shift 3:15 pm - 11:00pm

Workfast is a labour hire company working with some of Australia's largest and leading building companies. We operate in all states of Australia and our employees work in all industries. We are actively seeking dedicated Multi Skilled Operator join our Waste Management and Recycling Team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate mobile plant equipment, including Excavators (up to 50t) and Front-End Loaders, Moxys, and Water Carts.
  • Prepare machinery and production equipment for each shift, conducting routine checks and calibrations.
  • Work across both morning and afternoon shifts as required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and site regulations.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of waste recycling and recovery processes.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating both Excavators,Front-End Loaders, & Moxys
  • Valid RII Tickets for Excavator, Front-End Loader, and Moxy operations.
  • HR license to operator Water Cart
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
  • Full  Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass random drug and alcohol tests.
