We are looking for a casual AIN/Personal Carer to help us deliver ageing in place care to our residents. The suitable candidate must be able to work either morning or afternoon shifts with a minimum of 1-2 overnight shifts per week.

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be part of a highly supportive workplace culture with a genuine passion for continuous improvement and excellence.

Essential requirements:

  • Must have minimum of three years' experience in a similar role in aged care or home based care
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts day and night including weekend and sleepover shift/s when needed
  • Be flexible with good availability
  • Be confident and be experienced to work independently on PM and sleepover shifts.
  • Have fluent spoken and clear written English
  • Be able to confidently deal with first aid and communicate to emergency services if required.
  • Hold Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Empathetic and compassionate with a vibrant & engaging personality
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Hold a current Police check or be willing to undertake
  • Own transport as public transport is limited especially on weekends and on late shifts
