About the role

Christadelphian Aged Care is seeking Casual Assistant in Nursing (Cert III) to join our team in North Parramatta, NSW. As a Casual Assistant in Nursing, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents. This casual position offers the flexibility to work around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring and reporting on the health and wellbeing of residents
  • Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records
  • Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents

What we're looking for

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
  • Previous experience working in an aged care or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of resident safety and wellbeing
