**About the Role**

**With our clients**
- Ensure the day-to-day wellbeing of residents.
- Assist residents with eating during meal times
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Communicate effectively with permanent staff
- Escalate problems to the Registered Nurse in charge or Facility Coordinator
- Performing manual handling requirements
- Assisting residents with hygiene and grooming

**Key Requirements**
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Current vaccination record
- Comprehensive knowledge of infection control procedures
- At least six months experience as an Assistant in Nursing in an Aged Care facility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Caring and empathetic personality
- Working Rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $33.00 per hour
