What You'll Be Doing

At iSelect, no two days are the same - and that's exactly how we like it As our Brand Campaign Specialist, you'll be at the heart of bringing our brand to life across every channel that matters. One day you might be on-set helping produce a video that makes comparing insurance feel exciting (yes, really) and the next you'll be deep in creative reviews, or briefing designers to make sure everything customers see hits the right tone and stays true to our brand.

You'll be our go-to for coordinating campaigns that connect with real people, working closely with our media partners, creative agencies and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and delivers impact. Whether it's briefing designers, reviewing assets, or helping shape content that tells our story, you'll be the glue that holds it all together.

As a brand custodian, you'll also play a key role in keeping our look, feel and voice consistent across every touchpoint - from internal comms to customer-facing campaigns. You'll collaborate across departments, support vertical leads with tailored marketing efforts and help us make the iSelect brand famous (again). Speaking of famous… did we mention you'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with THE Mr iSelect, Jason Geary?

What Sets You Apart

You're a brand-savvy operator who knows how to make campaigns sing and stakeholders smile. You bring energy, creativity and a sharp eye for detail and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done (and have fun). Here's what makes you tick:

• You've got 5+ years in brand or marketing and a degree to back it up
• Bonus points if you've worked in comparison, financial services or insurance
• You've led integrated campaigns that actually delivered
• Understands how brand and performance work together to drive results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat
• Self-motivated, independent, but also a great team player
• Top-tier stakeholder management skills — you know how to keep everyone aligned and engaged
