We're one of Australia's fastest-growing activewear brands, and we're looking for a reliable and energetic Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Coombabah, QLD (near Harbour Town).

This is a casual role with flexible hours Monday to Friday. Hours will change depending on the season — around 18 hours a week during quieter times, and up to 38 hours a week during our busy months (November to January). We need someone who's proactive, trustworthy, comfortable with technology, and ready to jump in straight away.

What you'll be doing

  • Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders using our warehouse systems
  • Using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) (experience with Shiphero, CartonCloud, Peoplevox or similar is a plus — or be ready to learn quickly)
  • Processing returns and making sure everything is done with care
  • Checking items for quality before they head out the door
  • Helping to keep the warehouse running smoothly day-to-day

What we're looking for

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred (1+ years), but not essential if you're eager to learn
  • Some experience with WMS software, or the ability to pick it up quickly
  • Available to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday
  • No holidays planned between November and January
  • Organised, proactive, and happy to be on your feet
  • Australian driver's licence preferred
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to work as part of a supportive team
