What You'll Be Doing
  • Operating and monitoring CNC laser cutting and press brake machines
  • Setting up machines, selecting programs, and adjusting settings
  • Reading and interpreting drawings, job sheets, and specs
  • Inspecting finished parts for quality and accuracy
  • Performing basic machine maintenance and reporting issues
  • Keeping the workshop safe, clean, and organised
  • Helping drive continuous improvement and production efficiency
Got What It Takes?

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience on CNC laser cutting and/or press brake machinery (preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical docs
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Forklift licence essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
