The Role

We are hiring 2 Personal Trainers to join our Bunbury team.

This role includes:

  • Delivering high-quality 1:1 PT sessions
  • Supporting clients toward their goals through weekly check-ins
  • Creating a welcoming, motivating training environment
  • Engaging with our Peak Potential community (Skool posts, events, etc.)
  • Maintaining excellent communication with clients and the team
  • Being a positive role model inside the gym and on social media
  • Contributing to regular team development sessions

Peak Potential provides full onboarding, education, systems, and support — you just bring the energy, professionalism and work ethic.

  • Are confident building relationships in the gym
  • Are comfortable using content + social media as part of their brand

Requirements
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • Valid public liability & professional indemnity insurance
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Ability to work early mornings or afternoons/evenings
  • ABN (role is subcontractor-based)
