Bunbury, Australia Health Science Hub Full time

Health Science Hub (RTO 52806) is looking for new team members who are interested in working in the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector.

We are looking for people who are passionate about education and providing support and guidance to year 11 and 12 students. The role will involve directly administrating students completing Cert III or Cert IV in health and science-focused qualifications.

The role is a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave absence at our site in **Bunbury**, **62 Wittenoom Street.**

An advantage would be for you to have already worked within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Sector; however, this is not a prerequisite.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of computer skills
- An understanding of Learning Management and Student Management Systems.
- A passion for working with students aged 15 - 18.
- Some experience or knowledge with Health and Science.
- Work within a team as well as autonomously.
- Manage change and contribute to continuous improvement.

Job requirements will include:

- General student assistance.
- Attendance
- Student progress
- Assist with student mental health and at-risk students.
- Class resource allocation and management
- Assisting trainers
- Online student management.
- Processing Enrollments
- Processing Completions

Days and hours of work:

- Wednesday - Friday
- 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Contract
Contract length: 11 weeks

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working with students: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
