Area Manager – Northern Gold Coast

East Coast Care Connect (ECCC) is a dedicated NDIS provider committed to delivering person-centered support that empowers individuals to live fulfilling lives. As we expand, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Area Manager to lead our operations in the Northern Gold Coast region.

As an Area Manager, you will be part of a greater leadership team and oversee the day-to-day operations of ECCC in the North Gold Coast region, ensuring high-quality service delivery, business growth, and participant satisfaction. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, optimising processes, and leading a team to uphold ECCC's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and participant satisfaction
  • Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, ensuring compliance and performance standards
  • Implement and optimise processes to enhance business growth and service delivery
  • Promote a positive, values-driven workplace culture through strong leadership
  • Report to the CEO to mitigate risks and identify expansion opportunities
Key Requirements
  • Experience in leadership or management within the NDIS or community services sector
  • Strong understanding of NDIS processes, compliance, and person-centered care
  • Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and foster a positive work culture
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative leadership team
  • Proficient in overseeing behaviour support plans and managing restrictive practices
