You enjoy being part of the Mungindi community and take pride in creating a safe, welcoming and positive experience for visitors.We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently as the sole operator on shift, while also contributing positively when working with others. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure or emergency situations. Flexibility to work weekends is also required.Council will fund and organise all required lifeguard training and certification, so you don't need to be qualified yet – we just need the right person with the right attitude.
