Client Support & Communication -

· Assist with customer communication under the supervision of an Account Manager.

· Provide timely, accurate updates on project timelines, production status, and deliveries.

· Build trust with clients through clear, responsive, and professional communication.

Project Coordination -

· Support the account management team in managing product development from concept through to production.

· Assist the team with processing and overseeing repeat orders.

· Track progress of client projects to ensure deadlines are met and any issues are escalated promptly.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all project milestones are met.

· Assist with preparing costing, quotations and order confirmations.

· Support the coordination of freight and ensure proper handling and tracking of incoming customer supplied materials.

Administrative & Data Management -

· Maintain accurate client records, including project details, formulations, and order history.

· Prepare reports, meeting notes, and follow-ups as needed.

· Help manage samples, mock-ups, and product submissions for client review.

Market & Product Awareness -

· Look for opportunities to streamline communication and improve workflow efficiency.

· Stay up to date on what's happening in the skincare and cosmetics world, including new trends, ingredients, and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
