Trainee Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Trainee Supervisor to join our in-store team at Gotcha Fresh Tea X Taro Yuan Chadstone Maita. In this role, you will work closely with our Multisite manager/ senior management in ensuring smooth daily operations of the store, delivering excellent service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting customers and taking orders.
- Prepare and present beverages at the highest quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including storage areas, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with management to provide feedback from customers.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Peoples person with a positive, can do attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
- Previous experience in hospitality/ Bubble tea shops (would be advantageous) required ( 1 year )

**What's on Offer**:
We operate between shopping centre hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which includes weekends. The Trainee supervisor will be required to work full time hours.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
