Facilities Management Professional

As a facilities management professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial portfolio in Brisbane CBD & South Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to deliver exceptional on-site experiences and foster strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Oversee facilities operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards.
  • Manage risk and recommend quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous excellence.
  • Ensure site financial performance meets targets and handle budgeting and reporting as required.
  • Lead contractor management, maintenance/preventative maintenance, asset planning, Capex, fit outs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial environment.
  • Sound understanding of sustainability and property systems, including building services software procedures and occupational health & safety legislation and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time to meet deadlines.
