An exciting opportunity has become available for a
Member Services Support Officer
to join our Public Sector team in Brisbane on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role will provide administrative and customer service support to a portfolio of local government scheme members. Ideally someone in their early career who has strong organisational and customer service skills. Someone who is organised self-starter and motivated to proactively manage the interactions with scheme members and work to strengthen and grow those relationships.

We will count on you to:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the members within your portfolio;
- Adopt a systematic approach to understanding and responding to the needs of members;
- Develop and maintain sound working relationships with internal stakeholders to whom you will be providing support;
What you need to have:
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously within a multi skilled team
- Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to recognise and solve problems and think outside the square
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
