Australia Pepper Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Who We Are

At Pepper Money, we're dedicated to helping people succeed—whether it's buying a family home, a dream car, developing professionally, or growing their business. We've become one of the largest, most trusted, and award-winning non-bank lenders in Australia and New Zealand. Over our 24 years, we've achieved a lot, but our proudest accomplishment is helping over half a million Australians reach their goals with our ever-expanding lending options.

The Role

The Sales department is an integral, award-winning team. We provide first class service to both our Brokers and customers which ensures the continued growth of Pepper across Australia.

We're on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to take the lead in building and growing strong relationships with brokers and aggregators in the mortgage industry.

In this role, you'll be the face of our brand—developing partnerships, driving engagement, and delivering results. You'll play a key part in executing business and marketing plans that support our growth goals, all while hitting your sales targets and stretching your potential.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with brokers and aggregators to grow our presence in the mortgage space.
  • Executing strategic business and marketing plans to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Representing our brand with confidence, professionalism, and a passion for delivering value to our partners.
  • Identifying new opportunities and turning them into long-term business success

About you

We're looking for someone who can truly build meaningful relationships and understand our customer. You are a problem solver and can think outside the box to find interesting solutions. You may have:

  • Industry Know-How – You've got solid experience working with brokers, aggregators, or within the mortgage lending space.
  • Sales-Focused – You're goal-oriented and have a proven ability to meet (and exceed) sales targets.
  • Strategic Thinker – You understand how to execute business and marketing plans that drive growth.
  • Strong Communicator – You're confident presenting, negotiating, and building trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter – You're proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.

At Pepper Money, collaboration is just as vital as your skills. Our values are the heartbeat of our success, driving everything we do:

Can Do: We think outside the box and harness the power of teamwork to achieve the extraordinary.
Balanced : We set our customers up for success, crafting win-win outcomes that are both human and profitable.
Real : We keep it honest and respect everyone, building genuine connections.

At Pepper, we're dedicated to making this a fantastic place to work and supporting you every step of the way. Enjoy a values-driven, diverse environment with a leadership team that inspires success and a culture that rewards excellence. We're always finding new ways to make Pepper a place for everyone:

  • Development: a full suite of development opportunities and a great team to learn from
  • Recognition: Celebrate efforts with our Spice Reward and Recognition Program and diversity through our DE&I initiatives
