Project Manager – Ipswich / Brisbane South-West

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major industrial project in Brisbane's booming South West / Ipswich corridor. We are representing a builder-developer that's committed to doing things differently. The founder comes from a Tier 1 background and has built a business designed to respect both its people and its partners. Subcontractors are paid on time. The Role

As Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients. You'll be trusted to manage delivery while maintaining balance and building strong relationships along the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of commercial/industrial projects from start to finish
  • Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and compliance
  • Oversee to ensure procurement and subcontractor engagement
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support and mentor project teams to achieve outstanding results

About You:

  • 3-5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead, support, and collaborate with project teams
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related field
