If you're an Occupational Therapist who wants to do meaningful work without getting buried in bureaucracy, Back2You Therapy could be exactly what you're looking for.
We're a mobile allied health provider that brings therapy to where it matters most in people's homes, communities, and even pools. Our clients are adults living with neurological conditions or disabilities, and our mission is simple: help them achieve their goals through high quality, personalised care.
But here's what sets us apart: we don't just care about outcomes, we care about the journey. We know the NDIS and healthcare systems can be complex, so we take the pressure off our clients by handling the logistics and letting them focus on what matters most: their progress. And we do the same for our team.
At Back2You, you'll be part of a values driven organisation that prioritises:
Clinical excellence without micromanagement
Autonomy with strong support systems
Collaboration across a passionate, multidisciplinary team
Flexibility that respects your time and wellbeing
Integrity and compassion in every interaction

You're a natural problem solver, someone who can spot gaps, identify risks, and take initiative.
You communicate clearly and compassionately, whether it's with participants, families, or support teams.
You value clinical excellence but you also know that empathy, adaptability, and integrity are just as important.
You're tech savvy enough to navigate remote systems and documentation with ease.
You're looking for a team that respects your autonomy, supports your development, and shares your commitment to making a real impact.
