Position Overview:

Are you a highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented individual looking for a flexible, part-time role that fits around your life? We're on the hunt for a Content Coordinator to join our small, supportive team. This role is perfect for someone who loves to stay organised, enjoys writing, and is excited to learn new skills. You don't need to be a marketing expert, we'll teach you what you need to know.

In this role, you'll help us create engaging email campaigns, write blog content, and keep our team on track. You'll be the backbone of our small business, helping us stay organised and ensuring our message reaches parents and childcare professionals. Whether you're already familiar with some of these tasks or are eager to learn, we'll support you every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Coordination:

  • Help create and manage fortnightly emails for parents and monthly emails for the childcare industry.
  • Work with our team to gather and organise content for email campaigns.
  • Add content to email templates, ensuring everything looks great and stays on brand.
  • Schedule and manage email campaigns, including any partner content.

Content Writing:

  • Write 4-5 blog articles per month on topics relevant to parents and childcare professionals. (Don't worry if you're new to this, we'll guide you)
  • Collaborate with the team to make sure blog content fits with our overall goals.

General Team Support:

  • Keep our small team organised and on track. You'll be the go-to person for making sure things get done.
  • Help with general marketing coordination and support. No two days will be the same

Learning Opportunities:

  • We'll teach you about SEO (search engine optimisation) and how to improve blog performance.
  • You'll also learn how to use tools like email marketing platforms and content management systems.
