About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to manage and develop ARB Corporation's key customer accounts across Queensland. These include motor vehicle dealers, fleet management organisations, government departments, and both direct and indirect fleet customers.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of these accounts, helping to meet business targets, and maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction ARB is known for. Reporting to the State Manager, you'll work closely with Corporate Retail Branch Managers, the Retail Operations Manager, National Fleet team, and the Hub Team Leader to drive performance and expand ARB's distribution network.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent ARB to direct and indirect customers, focusing on fleet and motor vehicle dealer (MVD) business growth
  • Respond promptly to fleet quotes with accurate accessory and parts pricing
  • Develop and implement tailored account management strategies aligned with ARB's corporate objectives
  • Deliver effective product training programs for customers
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and service providers

About You

  • Proven ability to deliver sustainable, positive outcomes
  • Experience in contributing to cross-functional team success
  • Collaborative team player who values teamwork and accountability
  • Background in fleet sales within the automotive industry or dealer groups
  • Solid understanding of 4WD accessories with a passion for the 4x4 industry (highly desirable)
