Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the team at our Zambrero store in Nundah, QLD. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a positive work environment for your team. Your leadership will ensure that the store operates efficiently, meets financial goals, and maintains our high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of staff to provide exceptional service and ensure the highest food standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
• Manage budgets, track financials, and implement cost control measures to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and upholding Zambrero's brand values.
• Promote a positive team culture and encourage staff development and progression.
• Develop strategies to increase store sales, foot traffic, and customer loyalty.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
• A strong understanding of food safety, health regulations, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on achieving business goals.
