Accounts Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced accounts administrator to join our accounts team with an immediate start. This part time role will be offered at 3 days hours) per week with flexible start/ finish times possible.

Required Experience and Duties

  • MYOB accounting software at least 2 years' experience
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Inter entity loans
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Insurance

Other Non Essential Experience (Preffered)

  • Knowledge of the Construction Industry Award
  • Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • Experience using Registered Training Organisation Student Management Software (Powerpro)
