Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a premium fine dining setting in a management role, with a focus on impeccable guest experiences and elevated service standards.
  • A passion for fine dining, with a commitment to maintaining excellence in both front and back-of-house operations.
  • Leadership ability to motivate and lead by example, ensuring operational excellence and the creation of memorable guest experiences every day.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a beautifully presented venue, fostering a positive team atmosphere, and ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • Proactive mindset and a dedication to creating a vibrant ambiance that encourages repeat visits and drives customer loyalty.
