Reporting to the Head of Operations, Australasia, this critical role manages the flow of inventory through our Australian supply chain all the way to the Customer. The Customer Supply Planner ensures that we have the right product at the right place and time, maximising our ability to supply our Customers whilst also minimising the risk of stock write-offs.

**On a day to day basis, the Customer Supply Planner will**:
Responsible for
- Develop & maintain close partnerships with Coles and Woolworths, sales, supply chain & manufacturing to manage the order to fulfillment process.
- Responsibility for replenishment planning of JDR products within Coles
- Inventory control
- Responding to and mitigating Customer supply risks
- Inbound and outbound customer service
- A real passion for customer service with previous FMCG experiencein the area
- Desire to learn and develop within the analytical space.
- Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders internally and externally.
- Attention to detail and an ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise your tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
